I am living in randesan i.e. in gandhinagar(gujarat). Its near kudasan village and city pulse is beside our society.
My set up box card no is[protected]
My set up box for channel is not working from last 2 months. I have contacted your customer care for so many times but they say only one thing that you have to contact your cable operator.
I have called our cable operator so many times but he tells me that company doesn't listen to us so now you have to change the set up box.
I told why to change bcoz my set up box is in a working stage. When i saw that no one is taking interest than i directly went to your sabarmati office but and told them the problem firstly they told me that you have to contact the cable operator. I told them that i have contacted him so many times but he has never come to see it. After so much discussion i told him kindly atleast check the set up box. Than lastly he was ready to check. After checking it he told that set up box is ok but the box is not entered in our area so you are not able to recieve the reception.
He told i will mail everything to our main office when they reverd me the mail than only you will be able to see the reception. I asked him when it will be possible than he told that i also don't know that.
After that one or two days after i saw a message in my tv mentioning that the card in unauthorized.
Again i contacted the customer care but the same answer contact to cable operator.
Than i called up the cable operator than he just told me on the phone that the customer care is misguiding you.
If i will also try than also you will be able to see the reception only for one month. than again your reception will be lost.
So i than asked him that what's the solution to that. Than he told that you change your set up box.
I told him why should i change the set up box bcoz its working.
Than he told that its company policy.
But i have looked at so many homes that same set up box is working.
And i have also contacted several cable operators they also said that company doesn't have that policy.
So now i have understood that my set up box is not having such problem but its the cable operator and your company who wants to harress the customers.
In this case i think if you don't look in to the matter than i have to take certain steps to compalin in appropriate authority.
