I have requested gtpl to shift my connection to another place as i have shifted my home. It’s been 15 or more days since i have putted the request of shifting. I tried to contact via call as well as i have sent them more than 10 mails yet there is no response or call from gtpl. I am working from home as well as my family member do. What to do in such situation where there is no contact with gtpl.
