GTPL — Wifi not working

From the last 3 days GTPL internet is not working. From the day I have taken GTPL broadband connection I face this problem every 5 days. Whenever I contact at customer care they use to reply me that there is system update. We are not fool that every 5 day there is system update. I have paid money for it but it seems like they dont provide proper service. This is acceptable. We have paid you such big amount but you dont provide with proper service. I would never recommend anyone for GTPl connection if this happens continuously.

My gtpl wifi is not working from last 19 hours.No internet problem router is working but this is no internet.please help gtpl

My WiFi gtpl not working properly last 3 days nd every time phasing same issue and also contect to Custmercare service but no any response and solve this problem

Since May 24 I'm getting issue with loss of signal red light blink. Called many times and sent emails about same, didn't any resolution yet.
I got typically answers our team is working but we can't tell when it would resolve.
I'm requesting to all please do not go with GTPL broadband. Very poor customer service and when I sent emails for refund didn't get reply from the same.
GTPL is white caller Mafia. Harrasing customers intentionally. Since 5 days without internet and working from home.
Please do not call for renewal when you can't handle customer care.

My wifi is also not working from 3 days when I contact to your customer care number they are busy not connecting. I am not getting proper value for my money. I need to cancel connection but they saying I need to visit main branch personally. Main branch is far away from me and i can not go there again and again. While taking connection they did all formality on phone but why they need to to visit main branch for cancelation. Please help.

There is always been a problem in gtpl broadband, in a weak wifi didn't work 2or 3 days, so poor service...

My previous experience till now was too good ..but from last month the internet connection keep disconnecting too often..i m a language trainer. This issue is worsening my regular session regularity...
I everytime have to cancel the sessions which cost me too much .
Gtpl service has gone down from past and noone is taking utmost care for such issues on regular basis.
I m fed up now.

My gtpl broadband not working last few day,
I complain so many time but they don't give proper ans they create complain I'd for me than after 5 min I checked or track my I'd and what I see thay update status as resolve no one can come and check and no one call main thing is you are complaining you got one I'd or OTP, OTP use is after resolve the problem you can give that OTP to that company men, I am not giving any one and without giving OTP my status set resolve! Than I reach many time but thay tell me 24 hrs and today 4 day after I complaining 1st time but no one come ! Please tell me some official link for report or some contacts!
