GTPL — Worst quality of broadband service | |||||
I facing a same network problem (network limited) by every 10 to 15 days and whenever i call to customer care for the problem, they promise me to solve the problem in 24 working hours but their 24 hour are equal to my three days and if there is any holidays then i get a service after 4 or 5 days. last 9th Oct. i complain about the cabal problem and by next day i get conformation call about problem is solve but actually the problem is in same position and when the technician person come at my home, he also said that there is a cabal problem but the customer care mention that the problem is sort out.
