I, Patel Mehul travelling through bus name VISNAGAR to SURAT bus no- 1341. It is running very slow like a local bus so i am facing trouble because of i am travelling with my grand father and he is very ill. And many other passengers are also facing trouble. So remove this problem in this bus immediately as much as possible Otherwise i will complain in customer care...

Dear sir,

There is a big issue in terms of timings of janod-anand bus routes in the morning. They run at least half and hour late. Any time bus is cancelled stating there is puncture.

Due to internal issues and moods of your bus staff we are facing a lot of troubles.

You are hence requested to resolve the issue on priority.
