Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Accident with my Car

Dear sir, yesterday evening around 7:20 pm I was passing through the Parimal underpass and was waiting at the signal to be green near Suvidha market, Bus No: GJ-18-Z-4958 from Rajkot Divison was taking a left turn towards Nvachetan School road from Suvidha Crossroad. The driver who was driving the vehicle Mr. Vijay Aahir - was leased concerned that the vehicle was going Damaged due to dangerous driving. the bus did a big scratch from the back bumper to the front door of my vehicle - GJ-01-WH-5262 Blue Altroz. after that I followed him and catch him just opposite Navchetan school, after much discussion he very bluntly said " if you want to do a police complaint I am ok" but I will not give you any compensation in this. in Gujarati "Tamare Je Karvu Hoy E Karo Hu Ahiya Ubho Chhu." I talked to Rajkot depo Manager for the same and he replies, sir I am not there so I can't do anything." I called to 100 to help me with this - he replied si if you want, I can register a complaint but nothing will happen cause GSRTC will not give anything. the driver wants to give such compensation he can but not GSRTC. if filed case then in court The Judge will give a normal penalty to the Driver. and take an apology letter. nothing else.
so sir, I just want to ask- is The Government giving permission to the GSRTC's drivers to do any accident with anybody? Cause they are not bothered by any penalty because GSRTC is not applying any such strict action against this kind of accident. All drivers know that- koi khchh nai kar sakta, koi bhi chhota mota incidence Hoga to hamain Kuch nahi hoga.

sir, this is not only my problem but due to this, no one will do any action in any such accident by GSRTC Bus.

whatever Images of my car and bus i am sharing with this, i have not a clear image of the bus.
