I booked online ticket (PNR No. G[protected] for my wife and son on 28/04/20023 through mobile application of GSRTC.
Journey date: 29/04/2023 Departure: 5.25 am Ahmedabad Ranip Bus station and Arrival to Ranuj at 7.35am
I want to inform you that I waited for this bus at the Ranip bus station from 5.15 am to 7.00 am but the control room at the bus station did not give me any information about the delay. Also I was not given any contact number of the bus conductor so that I could contact him. Even the person on the toll free number said that the information is not available with them for the bus delay and they don't have any contact of bus conductor. I did not know what to do and finally I left the station helpless at around 7 am. Then, at around 7.15 am the conductor gave me a call that the bus has arrived but I had already left by then. I asked him why he did not give me any information about the delay when bus was running more than 100 mins late. But he did not give me any reply.
I feel that such conductors should be severely punished for not updating the status to the passengers who are waiting early morning for almost 2 hours. Also the control room person showed no cooperation as if they are there for nothing.
I am writing this message to beg for justice and refund of my money. Why the conductor's number is not shared with the passenger and how this conductor can leave passengers waiting for almost 2 hours? Was this information helpful? |
