Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Bus late more than 1.5 hours

I have booked GSRTC A/C Sleeper from Ankleshwar to Bhuj.
The booking was on date 21/10/2022 and bus was supposed to arrive at 19:35 but it has been 20:56 and still the bus hasn’t arrived.
We have been waiting for more than 1.5 hours for the bus plus the tracking services are also not working.
