Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Buses are not regular from zalod to ahmedabad and misbehave by staff

Every week i have travel from zalod to ahmedabad, i have very bad experience about bus regularity, buses are not available as per time table & more buses are cencelled with out any reason. And staff of zalod depo was not supported and misbehave with pasengers.

Please solve the problems and regularised buses. Whether i have complain in upper level authority.
