I have booked my ticket from rajpipla to surat at 4:50pm. Name: Heena. Pnr no : G[protected]. I m head cashier at government bank (bank of india). I was late today as per the bus timing, the conductor called me to come fast and i requested him to please wait for two minutes. Then again he called me and due to language misunderstanding he doesnot understand that i told him to not wait if they are so in rush. First of all the conductor should call me earlier when he reached rajpipla depo because they take 15 minutes break for the breakfast so i would have come faster as the bus is always late. Nevermind then i boarded bus and said sorry to conductor that he should wait for me which is hardly 2-3 minutes. Then the bus take long route from kamrej due to some metro issue that is fine but then he refused me to drop off at sahara darwaja circle and behaved very rudely and ruthlessly. All the way from rajpipla he drop off so many people in between where the is no stoppages then why this discrimination with me. As a lady its very important for him to respect me as a passenger make us feel safe. Rather than that he was showing me attitude and didnt dropped me there. He then dropped me at surat bus depo. This behaviour of your employee is not acceptable. I belong to very good family and just because i was posted far in rajpipla there is only one way to commute in bus otherwise i would have never travelled in it. Who is he to talk to me like this? To point a finger? How will i feel safe now ever? Kindly please look into this matter as soon as possible.
