Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Conductor not call at reach my pick up point

I have already wait my bus on my station . I call bus conductor and he says within 15 min we reach and pick you...next 30 min. Passes after we call bus conductor and he says bus have already gone from ur station point...so why conductor not calling me? Which puropse reservation time i give my mobile number.?
