1) I am travelling from Baroda to Navsari by bus my bus was 1:00 late and when I had tried to locate the bus in application this feature was not working so what is the use of this "Track Bus" feature in application?
02)I called at customer care and ask for bus no. So he had given wrong bus no., So here what type of tracking GSRCTC having?
03) Estimated time was shown in time table was 3:35 hrs. from Vadodara to Navsari, but as I asked this thing to bus conductor he mentioned about 5 to 5:30 hrs. than what is use of this online Time table?
04) I have complian about above mentioned three issues in GSRCTC app, but there is no any record in customer care for my complain, so what is the use of customer feedback in application.
This is not the first time it is happen to me earlier also i have faced these issues, so as an Indian citizen I want to know that what is your action plan to resolve above four complains.
