Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — I am not able to cancel my ticket because of what appears to be a changed website interface. | |||||
I booked 4 tickets from Somnath to Mundra on Nov. 30th, 2016. Due to some change in plans, we cancelled the trip and so, I wished to cancel the above-mentioned ticket with PNR No. - G13911864. But now, I am no longer able to log-in to the GSRTC website with my credentials. So, the website doesn't allow me to cancel the ticket of today's date i.e, Dec. 05, 2016. I have been trying to cancel the tickets since Nov. 2nd, 2016, but to no avail. How can I get my refund? Was this information helpful? | |||||
