Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Misbehavior and negligence of duty by a lady bus conductor in bus no. GJ 18 8999

Today I was traveling by gsrtc bus from Ahmedabad to Surendranagar (AHMEDABAD, NEHRUNAGAR to SURENDRANAGAR

The lady conductor was totally busy with talking on her cell phone. She was insulting the passengers now and then. She was behaving extremely rudely with passengers. When my stop came, I requested her to give bell for stop but she refused to do so and said that it is driver's duty to stop the bus and without listing me got started talking on her mobile. We pay income tax hence cannot tolerate such a irresponsible behavior from govt. employee
