I contacted the online reservation booth at the Lunawada Bus stop (Dist. Mahisagar) on October 02, 2023. The person responsible for the task was Mr. Rajendrasinh Solanki.
When I asked abut the details of the Bus, he was shouting specifically when I asked him Bus time again to reconfirm as I could not listen in the first time. I dont think its a valid reason to shoult on passenger and abuse him as "deaf"
He did not stop there and told me to come with change. I requested him to check his wallet as I didnt have change either. But then he started to abuse again in front of all other passengers which was very embrassing moment for me.
I belive it the responsibility of reservation maker to provide change. However, when i told him to provide me the change whatever is available and I will forget the remaining amount (as I was in hurry to reach somewhere very important), he revert as he didnot have any change.
When I pointed him that I can see money in your wallet from outside which you can revert he got pissed off. Additionally, he should also informed me earlier before booking ticket then I wouldnt have booked in the first place.
But then he get utterly angry and started shouting and abusing.
This is not the way to treat passengers and administration should not consider themselves as Owner.
I would request to take some appropriate actions against Rajendrasinh Solanki so other passengers do not suffers Was this information helpful? |
