Subject : Complaint matter against the driver and conductor of the bus plying in our Rajkot Kalavad route...


Kindly inform that GSRTC Mini Bus No. GJ-18-Z-3210 plying on our route Rajkot to Kalavad at 2:45pm never park on the platform at Rajkot Central Bus Stand due to which many passengers face inconvenience and this bus directly from the parking lot. takes off and no one is allowed to sit even in the parking lot due to bullies and additionally if any passenger does not have free money, the conductor in the bus uses abusive words and behaves in a way that pleases everyone (like if they do not have free money they do not sit in the bus, have you come to your father's merrage?, if you say anything, I will put you in the bus...) some of whose words are not even writable which are used by conductors and today I was standing at Metoda GIDC Gate No. 3 Even though there was space in the bus, the bus was not stopped and not only at my stop but it never stopped at any other stop from Rajkot to Kalavad except Nikava. I have also attached the photo of the passengers sitting on the bus and the photo of their ticket from their phone. It is our humble request to register this complaint and take appropriate action on it.
