This is general complaint for GSRTC app and website.
After booking they only provide PNR number only. When you try to find vehicle number or more details from PNR app and web not showing vehicle number.
Even only boarding and departure point is mentioned. So if bus is coming from location which is far from your boarding you even don't know where bus is coming from.
Also we experience many time bus not come on time. For this they do not contact you for the same or no message or mail come for the late bus.
One have to ask each bus conductor whether this is a bus person searching for due to
Vehicle number is not provided.
This is serious issue. Thousands of passanger suffering from this.
Need to resolve this on urgent basis.
Please do not ignore the things.
