Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Not refund of my fare | |||
We booked a ticket online from baroda to ahmedabad which was scheduled at 8.30 am on 15.12.2015. As the bus did not come till 9.20 and we had a urgent meeting at Ahmedabad, , we went counter but they inform us that it can be cancelled by sending mail to above E- Mail ID. We immediately informed to gsrtc via mail ID.[protected]@gsrtc to refund the fare mentioning PNR no. and went Ahmedabad by local bus. I have not received the fare in my account tll date.We again sent e-mail again two times.
