I have tried to book the seat in sleeper bus on 4th Dec 2016 from Palanpur to Surat for 9:00 p.m. bus, I have not received the any booking confirmation but amount deducted from my acount and also seat not confirmed hence I have to pay seperate money in that bus, luckily 1 seat was available hence I have purchased the manual ticket, hence I want it to be refund in my account

I was faced same problem twice,

Amt deducted 2 times but booking confirmation is not received yet.

I was paid for booking in bus AHD-MDR from ahmedabad to surendranangar, .

I have not any ref no but my email ID is [protected]@yahoo.com & contact no is [protected]..
