Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — paid parking issue at gsrtc new bus station rajkot

Since the open spacein new gsrtc bus station of rajkot where i was parking since past 2 years was declared as no parking zone i started keeping my vehicle in paid parking area where i charges for parking more than 12 hrs is rs.30 which i accepted and was paying since past 1 week. However today suddenly i was told i cannot take vehicle after 9 pm where my job allows me to reach back by 10pm only. I feel the paid parking agency is taking excess charges and as daily updown persons from rajkot bus station is more than available parking space so by such weird rules and charges they want less people to park in paid parking facility of rajkot bus station
