Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Payment deducted but Ticket confirmation email not get.

I have booked e-ticket online at gsrtc on 09 Dec 2016. From Upleta To Baroda sleeper class with Below Detail
Name : Nilesh Varu
Seat No : 12
Trip Code : 2031JJPBRDSL15
Journey Date : 11/12/2016

After payment completed I don't get confirm Email or Message for Ticket detail but Payment of Rs 324/- deducted from my credit card.

I have reference number for this transaction "This OB Reference Number: GSE3186566"

I have checked booking history in my account and also Ticket detail for this trip not found.
When I again try to book ticket it show me that Seat No 12 already booked. I have tried booking again after 30 mins.

Please help on it.
