My date of journey was 29/10/2016 from ahmedabad central bustand to junagadh in sleeper class.

My pnr no. Is g13460731. On my travel date, i reached ahmendabad central bus station at 10:00p. M. And inquired about my bus from conductor. But bus conductor told me that sleeper bus which you have booked was cancelled for some technical reason. He also told me that your reservation was confirmed in simple sitting bus and you have to travel in sitting bus instead of sleeper bus which you have booked.

He further told me that you would claim refund of difference amount of bus fare from gsrtc online.

Considering above facts and circumstances, i hereby request you to please credit difference amount of bus, in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige. My complete details are as under.
