My complaint is that I booked 1 E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of Journey was 04/11/2016 from junagadh to surat in sleeper bus. My PNR no. is G13584310 and trip code is 1700JNDVLDSLP15. My total bus fair is Rs. 388/-. My Journey time was 17:01 On my travel date, I reached junagadh bus station at 17:00 and inquired about my sleeper bus from depo incharge of jnd bus station. But depo incharge of jnd told me that sleeper bus which you have booked was not come for some technical reason. He also told me that your reservation was confirmed in seating bus and you might be travelled in seating bus instead of sleeper bus which you have booked. He further told me that you would claim refund of difference amount of bus fare from GSRTC online. Considering his requests, we travelled from junagadh to surat in seating bus. Considering above facts and circumstances, I hereby request you to please credit difference amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige.
