Hello, I have booked the ticket from bhavnagar to Ahmedabad on 28/09/2016 from online gsrtc service. Money is deducted from account but I don't get the ticket. I call to customer care of gsrtc he told me that there is issue in gsrtcserver so don't book the ticket now again and your money will be transfer in ur account. But still today i don't get my money back.
