Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Volume bus quality

The amount of noise because of audio video system in the bus is deafening. If few speakers in bus are not working, how can u justify increasing volume ?

Also, the Volvo buses promise Wi-Fi services, I can't access any of it and driver is clue less!!

If you can't offer proper services, don't promise things that you can't deliver. I wish I could drag you to consumer court.

Also, the driver is ill-mannered. Totally, unacceptable. Please teach them some manners to be polite and humble.

yes totally agree. The bus drivers are ill mannered and never accept their mistake. there is no free wifi in any bus and they show movies with high volume. the service is pathetic
