Hi, GTPL Request No: 165396 GTPL ID: suritpatel22 Request Date: 5-Apr-2015 Aging Days: 40 GTPL Customer Care & Technical teams are never resolving complain/Request on committed time Today almost 40days are completed after I am shift from “D” block to “F” block in same society. But still my broadband connection is not move, So many time call to Customer Care team for resolve this request but every time they are given repeated answer our technical team will call you. But no one call back to me. I had talked with Team leader Doli, Rupal Jain & Path regarding my request resolution but they are also given wrong commitment on time. Now I am tired with taking follow with GTPL customer care team. Approch to Grahak Suraksh team for resolve this issue & take strike action on GTPL. Reg. Suritkumar Patel
