1. it took 20 days to them new conncetion set up.
2. after conncetion i registered complaint regarding broadband, they took 6 days for problem to be resolved. when i visited their office on 7 th day, they came for service.
3. I applied for closure of conncetion, they are refusing for same . on the other hand customer care said it is possible. i have mailed required details for closure as customer care said. no reply has been received regarding this even after many phone calls. Was this information helpful? |
