[Resolved] Gurudev Motors — Servicing problem | |||
I am facing really very poor service with Gurudev motors workshop for my Skoda Laura RS every time when I leave for service they taking too much of time for delivery and if any spare replacement they are simply saying out of stock so it will be delayed. This time it has taken more than a month still they are asking 20 days and saying we dint receive the spares. If we give them pressure they are simply giving the toll free # and asking to speak with them. Really getting very fed up of skoda service even though I am Lover of skoda. Just thought of owning a skoda rapid 1.5 TDI Ambition 2018 Model. But after seeing such pathetic after sales service I have changed my mind.
Also there should be an written confirmation from customer to his/her satisfaction level to close this complaint, but skoda India had just given a basic reply to
customer complaint and closed the complaint in this consumer portal.
No peace of mind I guess after purchasing Skoda!
