Haier India Deep Freezer — Non-compliance of repair of HAIER AC HSU12CR03 since November, 2015 | |||
Dear Sir, I purchased a Split AC unit Model - HAIER AC HSU12CR03 ( Sr. no. AA7TLOEO300AC8420010 from M/s. Kings Electronics, Panvel, Dist- Raigad, Maharashtra on 13.04.2009. After giving a satisfactory service of about 6 years, it stopped normal working. I informed to Haier Customer care. They sent their service engineers number of times and attended the problem. I paid them about Rs.5200/s in cash for the repairs. But still it is in same state of non-working since last one year. i. e. November, 2015. Now, they are neither attending the problem nor responding for the same. Kindly help me in this issue to resolve the same.
