I'm writing this hoping that this matter is responded to in the most serious of manners. I am writing this from dubai.

I purchased a packet of rice flour sticks from geant, tecom recently and when i went to eat some of it, i bit into 1, to find a disgusting white hair within.

I first brought the attention of this to the company via email on the 5th june. However, its been more than a month and all i get is that they are looking into the matter. Umpteen number of emails i have been writing and i get just a standard sorry.

I have provided batch details and even have the packet at home. However, all one gentleman mr. Pushpendra singh reverted was ' dear fareem,

We are extremely apologise for the mishap and also sorry for delayed on your complain due to weekends, we already refer your complaint to our distributor, they will contact you immediately.
