The Official website of Haldiram has shown a Holi offer "KESAR GUJIA (400 gm)-Pack of 2"at Rs 519/-.
Accordingly we have place the order of 36 ( Pack of 2), that should translate to 72 packets of 400 gm each.
We made the payment of Rs 22, 438.67 (Inclusive of all taxes and Delivery charges) and got the confirmation along with free additional 34 packs of Roll Pole and Gulal as a free component.
We have got the delivery today (01.03.23) morning for one single carton (Shipment ID-[protected]) having 36 packets of KESAR GUJIA only through Blue Dart courier service. We checked with the Courier company through Customer Care and enquired about the leftout / Missing Shipment (Shipment ID-[protected]), which they have replied that we have to connect to the HALDIRAM only as they have no information about the Shipment.
On contacting Haldiram Customer Care number given in the INVOICE[protected], No one picked up the phone till 1 pm since morning 11 AM.
So, we decided to visit to the OUTLET from where we have got the one consignment packet of 36 units - Haldiram Products Pvt Ltd, 19-A, Najafgarh Road, Moti Nagar, New Delhi.
While discussing the concern with them, they first removed the offer from their Website and then sent us a “confirmation email of delivery” of the Order placed and started arguing that they are not AWARE OF ANY SUCH OFFER AND WE HAVE DELIVERD WHATEVER IS RECEIVED TO THEM.
On asking and showing the INVOICE details wherein it is clearly mentioned about pack of 2 offer, with free Roles and Gulal, they became quite and went away and letting us wait and after that hey did not come to talk to us.
Only the small service person has communicated to us that they have no senior staff available in the office and as per our record we have delivered the order hence we can’t help in anything.
