Haldiram — rude behavior and poor service | |||
We went at haldirams of sector 12 faridabad and had a v bad experience in terms of service and behavior of the staff. While taking pani puri when we asked for some sprouts to be given along with aloo the said person ruely refused to give it to us and they were talking to us as if we are taking it for free or a beggar. Even we did ask to take out aloo if requires but they bluntly refused. Secondly, last week moong dal halwa was full of ghee only and no taste at all. When we two the senior persons for anything they behave rudely. Is this the way a customer should be attended? We pay good amount of money for the quality food and good service which we do not get at all. Bikanerwala is another alternative we chose alternatively which is far better than haldirams in terms of service and quality. The seniors there do listen to our queries and sort out the issues immediately. We have decided never to use haldiram outlets anymore.
