[Resolved]  Happily Unmarried — delay in delivery of my order

i have purchased a bag from "happily unmarried" online shopping site. i booked the order on 22nd DEC 2013. they sent a mail that my order has been dispatched on 4th JAN 2014. i mailed them regarding the undelivered parcel on 24th JAN 2014. i informed them that i am goanna vacate my delivery address on 27th Jan 2014. so requested them to deliver the parcel within 27th. they replied "We are extremely sorry for this delay. It might be a probability that your parcel got lost in transit. We are looking into this and will ensure that your package reaches you by 27th. then the same day they replied "Your parcel was delivered on 2nd January, 2014. Please check the reception area of your shipping address, It is with them. The parcel was sent via DTDC. Tracking no. is Z10586062." i have given my office address for the delivery of parcel. i have confirmed with my office that no such parcel has been delivered by my name. i have called the DTDC courier also but they said that no such parcel has been received to them. i have checked with their website and its mentioning that it has been delivered in kota, Rajastan on 2nd Jan 2014. The address given by me is 70Kms away from kota. On 30th Jan 2014 i received a mail from the seller that "We will double check and get back to you." Still no reply and nothing. Now i have vacated everything from my delivery address and shifted to Tamilnadu.
