Happydeal4u — fraudulent call

I have received a call from Phone No:[protected] and enquired my personal details stating calling from Icici bank credit card deptt. and sent OTP to my mail and Mobile No. registered with ICICI bank credit card. Again called from another phone no:[protected] from Happydeal4U and debited Rs.6999/- from my credit card on 31.01.2015. Initially the person called from ICICI bank credit card deptt. said that no payment of money will be debited or charged to my card it is just redeem my payback points only. Immediately I have received SMS about my transaction on calling to customer care ICICI bank they replied no call made to my mobile. It is a fraud call and they can't help in this regard. It seems I have cheated by the company please take action against such companies. Regards Sateesh
