Hi, I have raised a request for shifting my connection in the month of Nov-2020. your executives visited and told there is no feasibility for fiber connectivity. I called concern executives continuously and told take action on my request. Even i told them to disconnect. I have received multiple calls from your callcenters asking for renewal and handover the device. till now there is no action from hathway. I have done renewal on nov-2020 not used for the three months provided. Iam getting calls and SMS from hathway which are useless because I got transferred from Hyderabad to Guntur.
