My account number is [protected], I got a call from your executive Mr.Padmanaban ([protected]) on April 30th and asked me to recharge for my Hathway account and he explained me some offers, I have chosen the 3 months advance payment and He confirmed that I will receive the router with in 4 to 5 days, I have paid three months in advance, Same day I have got the confirmation from him also, I haven't received and product still now, If I call he is not attending my calls now, Kindly deliver the router ASAP.
