Hathway Broadband, Bhilai — Slow Speed, Constant Disconnection, Bad Service

Hathway Broadband Bhilai not providing proper service and details regarding the plan subscribed. They deny to provide complain number. They are giving half the speed of the plan. The download speed which should be about 100Kbps is only 40Kbps for 1 Mbps plan. This problem is for more than six month, On asking for extension they say they will provide a month extension on next payment which they have not provided for last two half-yearly. Every year the problem persist for about six month. six month in the year 2013 and same in the year 2014 which is still not solved. They say due to bandwith problem they are upgrading the device. Which is still been upgraded for last six month. They take the payment but do not provide proper service. They deny to provide any written details regarding the plan which we subscribe. They deny to provide details regarding extensions they promise. They do not reply on email regarding complains or query. They are probably cheating customers.
