For many years I am using the hathway account. First I have used [protected] due to personal reasons shifted my home to new location.
Then I asked your customer representative to change this to my new address but the referred person updated the new account with the good features. So I asked the same person whether I will get the refund for my old account and installed new connection [protected].
I am following up with your customer care past 4 years for my refund 400rs.
i) First they have replied after 3 years you will get sir.
ii) Second they told your account not crossed 3 years when I check with them at the same day confirmed from them post 3 years of completion you will get sir
iii) Day before yesterday I have dropped mail for refund and with the bank details.But now they telling story that connection need to active and this terms and conditions not updated any where and shared as well. Was this information helpful? |
