From (12/19/2022-Monday) after 7.30pm my broadband connection is down, no internet connection. I tried to raise complaint via hathway app but no response and unable to connect. On (12/20/2022-Tuesday) @ 9.53am i have raised complaint through customer care. As per customer care representative, my account was on hold. My bill was paid within the due date without fail till date. I haven't raised any requests for hold, so i requested the rep to verify the issue, As per the request rep checked and confirm that by mistake wrongly system automatically hold the account for renewal. So as per rep it was not my fault but still my broadband is without internet connection. Till now no update regarding the issue. My shift timing is 6.30pm to 3.30am. For your mistake i have got Loss of pay of Rs.2800 for Monday & Tuesday, atleast for today(12/21/2022) kindly resolve the issue before 6:30pm. I've raised complaint on 20-Dec-2022.
