Hathway Cable & Datacom — Speed downgraded in spite of not crossing the fup | |||||
My account number is 1273933. Every month my speed gets downgraded when i cross the fup limit. After i crossed the fup limit, at the start of my billing cycle the speed is never upgraded back until i make a complain that my speed has not been upgraded as it should be at the start of the month. Post i complain the speed is upgraded normally but the fair usage policy data is counted from the billing cycle date even though the speed was not upgraded on the same date. This time the speed was not even upgraded and i got no replied from hathway. The date of this incident is 24/06/2016 Was this information helpful? | |||||
