Sir I was a hathaway broadband subscriber till December 4, 2019 in Delhi. I terminated my connection because I left Delhi and shifted back to Assam. They took away the modem and said they've deactivated my account and removed my phone number. But till date I've been getting sms and calls every day. Please stop this harassment. I see this is a common problem for all those who have once used hathaway. Maybe it's time for the management to be more consumer friendly Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I don't want to renew my connection because I've already surrendered it amd left delhi.

But instead of solving the issue, customer service centre redirected me to download fraudulent software
