[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — Hathway broadband service | |||||
My name is kenneth i ordered an hathway broadband connection at my place i got a call from a sales executive name shiva and visited my place took the payment of 3275 made from my credit card... However later today after two days technical team comes to home to fix the connection happens to tell therr is no service available and return back and i tried calling back the same sales person who took the payment.. Not picking the call even after calling multiple times and message telling i can't do anything.. Nor the customer care is not very helpful.. I need to take this seriously.. Not even availed the service but i have to pay for the company.. And move around like this.. Please try to refund this money as soon as possible to my account... For the proof i have a bill too..
