[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — I'm complaining about the service that hathway provider is pathetic | |||||
This is to inform you that i have opted for a new account no: [protected]; payment of rs.2940 /- for 3 months made on 08th dec 2016 at 2pm please note that mr. Yogesh - mobile no :[protected] sales executive of hathway promised that the connection will be activated within 6hours. We were in need of broadband connection hence we opted for this network thinking it will be done. To our surprise nor did the sales executive picked our calls or never turned up after that when i called up the customer service they are so irresponsible they just give us one reason stating they will check with their backend team and will revert by 48 hours but even the customer service is just like the sales executive never revert with a solution in-spite they just raise our bp high. For refund they take 60days, they never even explain us how they would process the refund. We are stuck very badly.' If anyone looking out for hathway connection i would say a big no instead.
