My name Prasad ghadi 4/3 jagdamba colony Ali village Sarita vihar new Delhi 110076 I have paid 4500 rs for all HD channels for one year but now my local cable operator is refusing to give me channels he's saying that complaint to trai for this 4500 is so much amount kindly see my matter..Mahendra cable operator [protected] Ali village Sarita vihar new Delhi area manager Mr. Mukesh as per discussion he said no amount u have to pay till one year only 4 months my cable started from 10 Oct 2018to 1 Jan 2019...kindly see this matter sir thanking you...

1st Jan 2019 if you will deposit you will get 4 months subscription instead of three, massage was given by Hathway.

When I paid the amount on 1st Jan 2019, Hathway disconnected the line on 10th April, why ?

Justification want .

It’s 24 hours after installation connection is not yet activated. Please refund the amount which I paid. Really very pathetic costumer experience. When I call customer care they are saying it will be done in an hour everytime.
