[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — refund not processed | |||
I have returned my hathway connection modem and wifi router and was supposed to get deposit money back for my router. Have deposited the router on 6th dec-18, but have not received refund amount as of now. And no response from billing desk as well, have done multiple follow-ups on email and call, but nothing happening. Account no : [protected] Name : ragunath g Can anyone help on this. I used Hathaway account more than 2 years back. All of a sudden they are calling me continuously to pay 2500/- for penalties.
What should I do.
Is really company asks to pay like this. pls help
