[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — service not rendered after paying. | |||||
I am really super pissed with the kind of service hathway renders. They are in big business and hence do not worry much about single customers. That is all fine. However they should render service after taking money. I keep getting a lot of calls about the offers and suggesting me to reactivate the service. I received a call in the month of october, stating i can recharge for rs. 499 for a month with 20 mbps speed. I made a payment on 03rd or 4th of november 2018, i receive a confirmation for payment as well. But the service was not working. I try reaching customer care, but great difficulty, being on hold for long and after getting disconnected many times. I finally speak to someone who promised to send a technician after 2 days. Since this recharge was for 30 days only, and i have already lost 2 days in the delay of contacting customer care and also the representative promised to send a technician after 2 days i wanted to cancel because the way the customer service was rendered was pathetic. I requested for cancellation and the technician promised for a refund after 30 days. I even received a call from some team to come and take back the router the next day. But i have not received the service not the refund. I have called hathway customer care so many times, and so long on queue, every time i call them they tell me their network is down and ask me to call back later. I ask for manager or supervisor, they transfer the call to technical team where i stay on hold for more than 12 minutes. I am sick and tired of this service. I recently received a call from the sales team, person named namitha, about the new offer. I explain the situation she promised to send an technician to have the router taken care and provide the service for the charge i have paid already and it has been 3 weeks now. I have all the call recordings i had with the representative. It is the worst service i have ever received in my life. No response on calls and i send an email. I received an email response after 2 weeks or more stating my money cannot be refunded. Anyone who is reading this, pls pls pls do not subscribe hathway service. If you still want to subscribe.
