[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — Service renewal delay even after payment is done | |||||
This complaint is regarding the hathway broadband service. We have made two payments in the month of june (7th june to be specific) both were failed. But the service provider confirmed that both the payment received. The recharge was for 3-3 months. Since we paid twice they were suppose to activate the service for 6 months. They have not initiated any refund from their side for the extra payment we have made and told us that they use if after 3 months for the next billing cycle. The amount was visible on the hathway portal for us. But after 3 months, in the month of september they deactivated the internet service and asked us to repay for renewal. When we asked about the double payment we have made in the month of june, they said they already refund the money. We have shared the bank statements from both the bank accounts for the two months to confirm them that there was no refund initiated. We have been following up with them from past two months but there is no response. Its affecting my weekend works and also general online transactions as well.
