Hathway Cable & Datacom — Very poor and rude customer service | |||||
The customer service is very poor. I have taken a new broadband connection in Lokhandwala township. They have not provided me any account no. and just gave me a receipt. Now when i am trying to renew my plan, they are asking for my registered number. When i gave that they are saying that they don't have this number registered to any hathway account. I have called them 100 times but those persons are not listening to the complaint carefully and just wavering the call from one person to another. They are so incompetent in their work. I wish i could use some other broadband services but my society is allowing only their connection only and i am stuck with this foolish hathway internet service. Please look into it because they are acting highly unprofessional. Was this information helpful? | |||||
