Hathway — Complaining about Hybrid box

Hi
This is to inform that we took Hathway broad band+hybrid box connection last week. The sales person said that you can acces all the apps such as Amazon prime, Jio tv, sun next in this after the installation we are not able to access any of these apps in the tv. It is been so many time we are following up with the sales person the area manager and even the customer care center we are not getting any response from any of the people. What needs to be done here? Where should we go and register a complaint against this so that our issue can be resolved asap
