[Resolved] Hathway — Complaint against Hathway Internet | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, This is regarding an issue with Hathway Internet, we paid Rs 2025 for a new connection last week Thursday[protected] one mr. Niranjan (91-[protected]) took the application and the cheque and said we'll get the connection with in few hours once the modem is fixed they fixed the modem but the net is not activated till today[protected] we kept calling every person they gave the contact no.. but once twice they pick and say give us 10 minutes we'll solve the issue but nothing happens and there after they will not pick the calls, we even tried costumer care[protected] they regstered the complaint on saturday even met mr manjunath the same day[protected] he has promised the connection with in two hours but nothing happened so far.. And even now tried to call mr manjunath (91-[protected]) who leads the team, he didnt pick the call at all and mr niranjan (91-[protected]) and mr manjunath (91-[protected]) are responsible for the issue. We request your good team to please help us get our money back if possible, we dont need their service and help others know how hathway internet deals with customers. Thanking in anticipation. Dear Sir/Madam,
The problem got solved, the Hathway Internet team some how resolved the issue today after we asked them to cancel the subscription and to repay the money paid, now its up and running we'll have to wait and watch how it works.
